What types of therapy do you offer?

I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy to help clients achieve meaningful change.

What should I expect during my first therapy session?

During your first session, we’ll discuss your goals for therapy and your background, including any challenges you’re currently facing. This session will help establish a trusting and supportive relationship, and together we’ll develop a personalized plan to guide our work. Book a free consultation call.

How much do your therapy sessions cost?

The cost of therapy sessions is $250 for a 55-minute individual session and $325 for a 75-minute couples or family session. I offer a sliding scale based on individual circumstances. You can also schedule a consultation call at no cost.

Please note that I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide a billing statement that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
